| Drying Method |
Structure of dry kiln (chamber)
As a prnciple, the chamber should be insulated and tightly closed.
1. The chamber can be constructed with bricks and concrete.
2. It can be constructed with luber, asbestos, gaivanized sheet iron,
or styrofoam (heat insulation). |
Principle of drying
The drying by cooling, condensing, and reducing moisture is adopted.
Lumber moisture, cooling and condensing system, moisture condensation,
heating system, recycling. |
Drying method
1. The thickness of the deck bar is about 2.0~2.5cm, and the orientation
of the deck should be parallel to the direction of the air circulation,

2. Swveral samples should be seiected from each pile for moisture test
during the drying process.
3. The length of drying is depending on the species, thickness, density,
